Ken's unique approach at enjoying a lifetime full of
youthful energy, physical activity and maximum
vitality. He covers the importance of creating and
living a balanced lifestyle and how proper nutrition,
exercise and the correct supplementation relate to
slowing the aging process.
Rebalancing Your Body
As we go through life, we are constantly confronted with
circumstances (i.e., injuries, work-related activities, repetitive
motions, adapting to our environments, etc.) that can have a

effect on the natural balance of our bodies. Imbalances in our
muscular/skeletal system can result in many of the chronic pains we
experience (back, knees, neck, shoulder, etc.) as we age.
Ken has developed a series of simple physical tests to determine the
existence of any structural imbalances and will help develop an
intelligent, corrective program for interested groups and
individuals.
